"I've been coming to SBAH for many many years with our Lab, then our many Pugs. I can always count on them, whether it's the wonderful staff or the vets. They've always kept our dogs healthy. If it's something I ask about and they're not sure of, as busy as they are, they'll find out for me. I see Dr Cochran and Dr Starr the most, and they always work with me on integrative health care. As an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited facility, Suttons Bay Animal Hospital regularly undergoes evaluations to ensure that we meet or exceed AAHA's standards of care.
These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
